- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my prices are priced on the whole work, so clients don't have to worry about time, but sometimes prices have to be hourly. I price myself below anyone in the market, so Yes I match any price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are only new for the first few minutes. I introduce myself first and give some information about my background, and what are some of my experiences in the issue field. Then, I try to know a little about the customer because the way of talking to a savvy person is different than the way of talking to someone who is knowledgeable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in business analysis. BS in computer information system. Certified by university of Maryland on inovative ideas for small business. self taught in online advertising, and marketing (building and designing stunning websites)
