- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of photo project, the degree of retouching required, and the total time we will spend on the project. Additionally, we offer post-production services such as making an online gallery for you and your guests, or photo books. The pricing for these services depends on various factors that we are always happy to discuss with you and show you some examples of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically try to have at least one phone call or personal meeting discussing the clients needs and wishes before the actual shooting. We believe that it is important to establish a personal relationship especially for portrait and fashion shoots in advance to create a relaxed atmosphere.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with individual as well as corporate clients throughout a variety of shootings and in different countries. In Portugal and Mozambique we have worked on fashion shoots with both professional and amateur models for different brands. We furthermore worked on behind-the-scene productions of music videos both in the studio and outdoors, and in all major Portuguese music festivals. We are especially excited to have had the opportunity to work on (motor) sport events, and are passionate about our in-water/surf photography. Summed up, we have worked with a lot of different types of clients, working in unconventional settings as well as covering corporate events from traditional perspectives.
