- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is set by how much time is spent on location the day of a shoot. General post processing is free, while advanced services like airbrushing is on a per-project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we engage in an introductory email exchange, so you can spell out exactly what it is that you're looking for in writing. We then either continue communicating by email or set up a phone or in person conversation. After the details are all ironed out, you would pay a 50% deposit to lock in the day. This can be done either though Paypal, Venmo, a money transfer or a mailed check. When the day comes, we then enjoy our time working together! Afterwards, I deliver you an SD card with your images. I have a copy as well, so any images you want processed can be delivered to you within a weeks time. After that, everyone is super happy and we look forward to working with each other again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple degrees in Multimedia Art, along with many years of professional photography and video production experience.
