Having Mana set up our home gym was well worth it. From the start, he was responsive, courteous, kind, got to our place on time and started to work right away. Took him 4 hours to assemble a complicated machine and did an AWESOME job. Showed us tips, was very knowledgeable, and professional. Lots of energy, hard worker. Amazing from start to finish. Great experience. We will be hiring him for more jobs (He offers a lot of services). Thanks Mana!

I received a text from Mana 2 days before the job set up appt for Thursday 8-10am he arrived actually at 9am very friendly to talk with jump into the job . Kept me informed about progress of Home Gym gave e advice on caring usage of machine after Mana finished . He caught me off guard Mana went over the entire setup also use the machine to make sure everything worked properly greatly appreciated . I would highly recommend Mana he made this Retired Disabled Army man very happy thank you Thumbtack.

Great experience with Maga. Very responsive, skilled and friendly. Excellent communicator and will take his time to make sure your item is assembled correctly.
I had a fitness tower need assembly and Maga took on the job. He fully explained how to use the equipment after assembly and waited to make sure I was comfortable before leaving. One great thing he did was have a contract to sign which showed his professionalism.
Will definitely look for him if I have more jobs!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always give you more bang for your buck, and guarantee to not charge as much as big name companies would. With me, you will feel like you won in all aspects of the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Figuring out the exact product that needs to be assembled, and quoting the job.
2) Scheduling the time and date of service.
- Gathering information (home address, location of product on customer’s property.
3) Follow up to confirm our appointment and reaching out 30 minutes before arrival so customer knows I am on route.
4) Completing service with full satisfaction of customer.
5) Customer Signing of Work Order.
6) Collection of Payment.
7) Asking for a review, and giving thanks for choosing my services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There aren’t any formal training routes for Assembly of Fitness Equipment so all of my training and experience has all been in the field working hands-on with all sorts of equipment. Through my time, I have gained the upmost confidence in my ability and skills, and I know no task is too difficult to complete and I am fully capable to perform them all successfully.
