- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always give you more bang for your buck, and guarantee to not charge as much as big name companies would. With me, you will feel like you won in all aspects of the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Figuring out the exact product that needs to be assembled, and quoting the job. 2) Scheduling the time and date of service. - Gathering information (home address, location of product on customer’s property. 3) Follow up to confirm our appointment and reaching out 30 minutes before arrival so customer knows I am on route. 4) Completing service with full satisfaction of customer. 5) Customer Signing of Work Order. 6) Collection of Payment. 7) Asking for a review, and giving thanks for choosing my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There aren’t any formal training routes for Assembly of Fitness Equipment so all of my training and experience has all been in the field working hands-on with all sorts of equipment. Through my time, I have gained the upmost confidence in my ability and skills, and I know no task is too difficult to complete and I am fully capable to perform them all successfully.
