Bill was great and so was Leo. Bill asked all the questions that a smart contractor would but he listened and respected me. This is rare in my experience. And Leo was just perfect. I had such a tiny little collection of random things that needed to get done for my final inspection and Leo worked right down the list quite efficiently and quickly installed thermostats other folks had said wouldn't work. I will be hiring them again soon for a much bigger project.

We hired them to do a full scale renovation of our bathroom which had water possible water damage in the floor due to grout cracking in our shower. They did a beautiful job and followed my blueprints perfectly.

They have an online portal which you can track stages of your progress and pay after each week’s worth of work has completed. You can’t beat the prices, reliability and quality of their work! Our Pricing is based on Quality and Experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an initial appointment or Virtual meeting to discuss project basics and rough numbers. Next, we offer Pre-Construction services to establish fixed price estimates, fully thought scopes of work and develop plans for permit submittal. Finally, we move to construction and project delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Project Management Professional from PMI and I graduated with a 4 year degree in construction mgt. We have been working in the Bay Area for over 6 years and have 15 years of experience.
