I’ve been doing some renovations on a rental property. I hired Clayton to do a fairly small job - replace metal arms on an attic pull-down ladder because they were bent. Since then I haven’t hired anyone else / he has handled absolutely every job that’s come up, with skill, knowledge, forethought, loyalty, good sense, as well as aesthetic sensitivity. Replaced kitchen countertop, tiled a bathroom, hung lights, painted cabinets, fixed porch railings, and about to lay a hardwood floor. Always glad to have Clayton on my team!
