I filed an EB-1A petition two years before receiving my Ph.D. degree from Stanford. USCIS issued a 11-page RFE letter for additional evidence because I hadn't got my degree yet. I was devastated, and kind of regretted filing an immature petition that could ruin my future. I was lucky to meet Attorney Chen, who generously offered legal consultation to Ph.D. candidates in my school. She assessed the situation and promised to try her best in response to USCIS. I was totally convinced she kept her words after knowing she sent out more than 50 recommendation letter requests to professors and scholars around the world who never met me but cited my papers. 12 of them wrote back. In the end, I succeeded in the petition. I strongly recommend Attorney Chen to anyone looking for an immigration attorney. For people like me, first generation immigrant, there is too much at stake. You can't afford to screw up your legal status with some DIY project or unreliable source of information. You need a competent attorney who cares about your best interests like yourself. You deserve the expertise Attorney Chen provides and she is totally worth the money.

Ms. Chen is an incredibly effective attorney. I was pleased with how responsive she was to my needs, even responding to my emails on the weekend. She provided a 30-minute consultation to me for free and helped me find out the best immigration solution. Thereafter, she completed the legal package for my TN visa application within 2 days.

I live in Richmond since 2003 and have been actively involved in the community. Qian and I have been neighbors for three years. Qian cares about the community she lives, and she generously offers her help when her neighbors are in need. I was in a dispute with my dentist couple years ago. Qian helped me conduct legal research on possible solutions I would have to defend myself and assist me in drafting the demand letter. Her excellent lawyering skills, along with her thoroughness and diligence, in helping me out is truly impressive. I have no hesitation to recommend her legal service to the community. Harvey Tai

Attorney Chen is professional, clear and caring. I wasn't sure how much my case is gotta cost. Several attorneys replied with consultation fees. Only she provided a real quote for my case in five minutes and walked me through the timeline over phone.
