I had a few companies come out to our home for attic cleaning and new insulation installation estimate. I decided to go with Trioteam because I felt that they were very thorough and honest on their inspection and were very detailed about the process of doing the job. Giovanni's crew came out to do the work, they were very professional and showed me pictures of the entire job.

These guys are amazing. Trioteam did a fantastic job at our newly purchased house! we knew the previous owner had a rodent issue that needed to be addressed. We had a couple companies come out to give us estimates and decided to go with trioteam and I'm glad we did.The entire process from the initial meeting to the final walk through was excellent. James was very thorough when inspecting the attic and very detail when explaining the scope of the project. James crew supervisor kept us informed through out the whole process I highly recommend them.

I hired this company to remove a couple squirrels from the attic, after they removed the critters, trio team sent a crew to clean the mess in the attic and disinfected the attic areas. Great service for a great price. I highly recommend this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates based on the initial inspection. All prices are final and there are no "Surprise fee's". Lastly we offer competitive prices for all of our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate our customers and the business they bring to us. We start off by scheduling a time convenient for them to perform a visual inspection (this includes taking measurements of the job site, taking pictures and videos) which we will then present to the customer. We will go over exactly what is needed and the materials that we recommend to use. After that we provide the estimate via email to our customers. If the job is approved by our customer we will schedule a date for the work to take place. We take the satisfaction of each client very seriously, therefore we will do everything in our power to leave you happy with our job.
