- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some professionals like to say you get what you pay for me I like to say I go up over and Beyond and I do more work than I get paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well it's really no process I treat everyone like family you're going to always get five star service I'm going to always dish you out five star results so I guess you can say the typical processes treating all customers like royalty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that I have that relates to my work is being able to restore a brand new look in each project for all customers to admire and be proud for hiring me to beautify one of their greatest investments.
