- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief conversation (by phone, text, or via Thumbtack) to understand your space, goals, budget, and urgency. If we’re a good fit, we schedule a free in-home assessment. From there, I propose a clear plan with transparent pricing, and timeline. Once we align, we schedule sessions and work efficiently to create practical, easy-to-maintain systems.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always had a natural gift for organizing! it started when I was a kid. I was constantly rearranging and organizing my own space, my sister’s room, and even decorating and reorganizing rooms at my grandmother’s house. As an adult, I moved internationally and across the country multiple times, which taught me how to keep my space tidy and intentional because you’re always preparing for the next move. Living as a student and with very little money also shaped me deeply because it made me frugal, minimal, and essentialist. I learned how to identify what’s truly important and meaningful and what makes a place feel like home that truly works for me.
