I've been attending classes at this CrossFit gym since 2015 and I can honestly say its one of the best decisions Ive made for my health and well-being. The workouts are consistently challenging, and the coaches tailor each workout to my individual fitness level and capabilities. This gym is the best- daily workouts that challenge but also can be modified for your strength or skill level. Lots of training and attention to detail in classes great coaches and lots of time slots.

I did not like gyms before I came to this Crossfit gym. And now it's hard for me to go to other Crossfit locations, because I love this particular gym so much. Love the welcoming atmosphere, diversity of regular folks, and expert instruction. Great balance of pushing into excellence while being careful to not go beyond what the body is ready for. This is extremely important to me, as someone sensitive with multiple prior injuries. Love you guys, I've never been fitter!
