FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of guard (armed or unarmed), number of officers needed, service duration, and location. We also offer a trial period with no long-term contract required. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your security needs and risk factors, recommend the right guard type and coverage, and provide a tailored quote. Trained officers can typically be dispatched within the hour, with no long-term commitment required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our officers are certified through California's Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and complete training that exceeds state requirements, along with thorough background checks before joining our team.
