Adeline was extremely prompt in responding to my initial request. In addition, they KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. They intuitively understood my unique situation (moving my stuff on-site into a PODS for long term storage.. not a point-to-point move), clearly explained why I should call a different specialist to move my upright piano, etc. They performed the job quickly and correctly with no drama. I contacted Michael 2 days before I needed help moving a pre-owned wall oven that I planned to purchase from a homeowner who was remodeling. Michael responded immediately and was extremely accommodating of my needs for this after-hour pick-up and delivery 70 miles away from the pick-up site. When circumstances changed and I had to cancel the morning of the pick-up, though rightly upset, he was very professional in our communication. I would gladly use his company for future needs...I can only hope he would accept my request.
