Introduction: We are so pleased and proud that we can offer very skilled professionals who are efficient and get most jobs done quickly. We are also reasonable in cost. We have some of the Bay area's best ceramic, porcelain, and stone tile installers, wooden deck and fence installers and repairers, and skilled interior and exterior painters. I have been told by several of my clients that they loved how quickly the job was done and how nice it was, and they were so glad that they had no cleanup to do afterwards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes,if a job is continually requested, I will send my employee(s) who have some knowledge of that project to a training center. Recently, I needed to add a specific component to my business which worked hand in hand with what we do. So, I sent one of my employees to Home Inspection School, he passed with flying colors, and got certified. So, now we offer home inspection services to our customers who may need a home inspection to place their property(ies) on the market or for public rental through an agency.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs we get are painting, interior and exterior, depending on the season, ceramic, porcaline, and stone tile flooring, replace or install, yard maintaince, mowing, shrub and tree trimming, drywall, wood fences, replaced, repaired, garage, basement, attic, cleaning, hauling, and dumping the debris, basic hauling & dumping, and post demolition or cleaning up developement sites after a building(s) have been finished and need to be ready for occupancy. These are only a few of the services we provide, so customers really should ask a provider if they offer a service even if they think only a contractor would be able to provide, we are knowledgeable of the types of services we cannot provide because licensing or certification is required by law.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise them to be as specific as they can about the project they need done. Besure the company has a working phone number, and a website, as well as, an email address. Once they have made contact with a provider ask questions, how long have you been in business, do you charge for house calls, what type of payment do you take,cash, check, credit card, bank debit cards, ask for any references from past customeres? These questions only make it easier for a customer to hire the right provider for themselves. I would also advise them to ask if they have general liability insurance and if they are bonded, this not only protect the provider but the consumer, incase of property damage and theft.
