Jose was very thorough in determining the problem with my leaking window, including water testing it. I had previously had the window recaulked...several times, and it still leaked. Turns out the window cannot be repaired (very old). He suggested a replacement that would be a better choice than what I currently have, and will not be so susceptible to leakage. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice! Once he comes back and installs the window, I will update my review accordingly, but so far, he's a thumbs-up from me.
