Joe is extremely detail oriented, a great communicator and he went avbove and beyond the call of duty on our project. He has been extremely flexible and patient with our changing deadlines. Overall, it's been great working with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional, fast copyediting. We are set to contract with him again in the next couple of months!
