Introduction: The resources available in my studio are truly amazing, from all the instruments to amazing software on the computer. I first studied electronic music at SDSU in 1980. A lot has changed then and I've continued to develop my skills along with all the technological developments. The joy of the communion of spirit that comes with playing music with another person.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Someone came in for a banjo lesson and wanted to play a contemporary song. I downloaded a specifically formated music file for a Bob Marley tune, took the steel drum part and transposed it to banjo tab, and taught him how to play it before he walked out the door 30 minutes later. It was so much fun!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to find a teacher that understands your learning style; that is, how you learn best, as well as what you want to learn. I have a masters certification in communication styles and understanding client's needs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, or I'll refer you to someone who can address your specific needs if I can't.
