My name is Blair and I've been teaching Pilates for over 14 years. I'm based in Cardiff and have taught at Equinox, Rancho Valencia, and in Los Angeles and Europe. I'm here to bring mat Pilates to your home so you don't have to worry about booking classes, driving, and finding parking, and so you can get the attention you deserve in order to get results from the time you put into your practice. In addition, I also often lead fun Pilates sessions for bachelorette weekend parties, family reunions, and birthday get-togethers. I look forward to working with you!
