Introduction: Determination. Most attorneys are willing to accept the courts original judgement. We aren't. We fight more than just about anyone else in our field. The only result that we shoot for is a dismissal of the case. Now while we might not always hit what we aim for, we come pretty close Winning!! There is nothing better than helping someone. People may have made mistakes while being behind a vehicle, but also many of the penalties for these mistakes become a financial burden on many families, especially during these times of financial hardship for may families in today's day in age. Helping people avoid unjust penalties and even jail time, is the greatest satisfaction one can ask for.
