- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices may not always be the cheapest. We try to stay as competitive as possible. We do the job correctly at a fair price. We offer multiple discounts to our first time customers, veterans and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always try to get as much information from our customers as possible. That way when our professionals come out to your property they already know what to look at so we don’t take up too much of your time trying to figure out the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from our technicians having more than 15 years of hands on experience our office staff has 10+ years of customer service experience. Some of them were also repair technicians previously. So when you call and have questions regarding repairs or replacements we can always answer all of them.
