There are no upfront fees. I offer tailored commission structures and full concierge service—including marketing, negotiations, and guidance from start to finish—only paid when your transaction successfully closes.

I start with a short conversation to learn what you’re looking to do. Once I understand your goals, I create a plan and walk you through each step—from search or prep, all the way to closing. I keep things clear, simple, and stress-free.
