Horrible customer service. We chose KG Construction Group for a bathroom remodel because of the positive reviews online. Unfortunately we had a really disappointing experience with this company. They ordered and installed the wrong items, the contractor they used was sloppy, damaging woodwork and ceilings, and the project, which was supposed to take 10 days, took 4 months to complete. (part of the delay was due to the CORRECT materials being back-ordered). We have spent days and quite a bit of money fixing the bad paint job they did (see photos). Despite all of this, I agreed to write the final check today, mostly because we don't want to deal with them anymore. Good riddance, KG Construction Group.

Ridiculous contract and prices. Any reputable contractor should not require any payment upfront with the exception of site delivered manifested building materials or delivered custom items. These jokers require up to 95% pre-payment prior to completion of projects, which makes you seriously question the confidence in their craftsmanship. The total of our estimates from them were literally 40% above other contractors we consulted for our kitchen and bathroom renovations, with the exact same materials. We can’t comment on their finished product as we could not get past their incredibly high estimating and borderline unethical contract terms. Consumers should never be asked to pay upfront until a job is completed and there is no shortage of reputable contractors who operate this way along the Front Range, many of which will not even make you pay upfront for materials, until the job is completed to the client’s satisfaction.

The WORST company on the planet. Shame on KG Construction Group. They did not properly install my countertops, cabinets, they are about to be on their 6th trip to my home. I cannot use my kitchen in my new home. You will be in for a rude awakening if you make this company a choice. How do you stay in business Eli?? How do you sleep nights stealing homeowners joy and money?? You are not experts at all - you are criminals. Stay away from this place.

I had a really bad experience with KG Construction Group. Called for an estimate, unprofessional office secretary, very rude, without even seeing the property, estimate 18K. What are you installing a gold toilet? Bathroom 5X7. Please don't call KG Construction, for anything! Call someone who is polite to the customer, show passion for the work to be done! Mr. owner hire someone who has experience, not someone I am new here. You just lost 3 potential customers!!
