I couldn’t be happier with the earthquake retrofit done by MVP Remodeling. When I selected the company for the EBB retrofit, they weren’t the cheapest estimate, but they were far from the most expensive. Joseph explained the process and scope of work clearly and I was confident that selecting them was the best decision. Beginning the work was delayed as we found I had skunks living in my crawl space and I had to find someone to deal with that problem. My contact person at MVP, Maya, was wonderful throughout. She kept in touch with me and scheduled the retrofit immediately as soon as my skunk situation was resolved. Throughout the process, Maya guided me as to what I needed to do on the EBB Dashboard, and she submitted their materials immediately. It couldn’t have gone any smoother! Once the work was completed, MVP had the inspector examine and approve the work the following day, and withing a week I had the EBB check in my hand. I’m so glad I decided to do the retrofit and thrilled that I chose MVP Remodeling for the work.
