The work appeared rushed, and I ultimately had to bring someone else in to remove and reinstall all of the locks and handles because they were loose and the striker plates were not properly fitted. I understand the price was not high, but it does not help when the entire project has to be redone because it was only completed halfway. I would have preferred that you clearly stated at the beginning what would and would not be included in the work.
