Had excellent customer service, and my problem was diagnosed and fixed within the day, and that wasn't even guaranteed. I needed my computer back for a project i was editing and Rami helped me out. I had a hardware install and even got some good advice, I will definitely be recommending them to every one I know who needs computer work! There has to be something wrong with the people who give this place a negative review. This isn't a fake review, either. I went to 2 other places and this was the best one in every category. Worth the drive!!
