Our company is a family owned business and has been successfully running since 2001. We are General A & B licensed. We are licensed in plumbing, heating & cooling, electrical and refrigeration. We have been serving the San Fernando Valley for over 10 years and take pride in our services. Under CA West Coast Plumbing we opened a new service under National Air Duct Cleaning Inc. which specializes in sanitizing and cleaning air ducts, dryer vent cleaning and installing AC units. Sam was great. Responded quickly every time I texted him, showed up on time and went right to work. He diagnosed a problem we’ve had for years and offered a solution. His rates were very competitive also. We’re so very glad to have found him!

With 3 children under 4 I can come across rude but Sam was very professional and worked very cleanly. I was very happy with his work and even happier that he passed my "father's inspection". I actually could not believe that my father asked for his contact info. I am really happy to right a positive review rather than my usual rants on Facebook. Sam was great what can I say.

The prices that our company charges are very affordable and on our website you can find special offers and great deals on our services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we set prices over the phone and explain to our customers what services they will get. Then we confirm an appointment time. The technician will come to the house, provide inspection and explain to the customer what needs to be done. In the end of our job we make sure we leave our customer's house clean, neat, refreshed and with a nice smelling scent from one of our special sanitized products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in mechanical engineering and trained in air duct cleaning.
