I called Arana roofing because I saw the great reviews and needed a roof inspection due to moisture found in my walls. They came the next day and let me know the issue along with other findings needing maintenance. I typically get multiple quotes but chose to move forward with Arana because Sean made me feel confident I was receiving a fair price and guaranteed their quality of work. The roofing repair was scheduled very soon after the inspection and complete in one day. I like how they provide before and after photos for everything and even helped us go on the roof to verify everything with them (our request) . At the end , Sean worked with me to lower the price a bit which I really appreciate. Sean was great to work with!

I messaged a few roofing companies early in the morning for a leak I discovered the previous evening in my garage. Avi from Arana was the first company that got back to me and scheduled an appointment to inspect it later in the morning. Avi arrived on time with Ray and after explaining what they found, they were able to repair the issue very quickly. If their work holds up I will be reaching out to them again for any roofing needs.

Compared to other prospective contractors - Sean was more thorough & convincing. He has a very pleasant manner & positive attitude. Seems hard to find a roofing contractor that’s willing & quite skilled at working effectively on flat roofs. Finding Arana was quite a relief!

We offer a fair pricing which always includes material, labor and no additional fees We inspect roof very throughly so there are no surprises when it’s time to work !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we start by an initial meeting where we provide a report regarding the condition of the roof. Then the customer gets some info about the company and the total cost of the project.
