- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not give out pricing or estimates unless we have a good look at it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the customer's address to conduct free inspection first, and then provide the free estimates. We then continue with the water damage mitigation afterwards, upon customer's authorization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certification.
