Phil was the right choice for a complete remodel of our two bathrooms. He was on time and communicated about his schedule and what was needed to do the job. He was helpful in understanding what we could do with our budget, was clear about the steps we needed to take to make the remodel as smooth as possible, and went out of his way to make a reality out of some of the unique custom features we dreamed up. He is clearly an expert. The quality of the work was good, and we now have two bathrooms we love to use. Would definitely hire again.

Phil repaired the stair caps that have been going off and on since I’ve moved in the RIGHT way! He used finishing nails that you can’t see so they won’t be coming off any more. He also repaired my toilet that was running constantly and bought the part that was needed. Thanks so much! Will be hiring again!

We hired Phil to help modify a consumers bathroom for better accessibility. Working with Phil was easy. He is very professional and friendly. He was very timely and followed through on his proposal. I will definitely be using Phil on future jobs as well as referring his team to clients I assist.

I try to flat rate each project.I avoid time and materials.I want the customer to know before we start the price.Concealed defects being the exception
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I send an introduction/proposal and hope we at least get a chance to talk or text about their needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education in construction or plumbing..My degree is in theology...figure that one out?...Learned all my skills in the field.Yes my apprenticeship had formal blackboard classes.After digging trenches for 8 hours it was hard to pay attention...the best training is simply lots of experience and great foreman willing to teach.
