- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic charge is $60, that includes sending one of our trained & certified technicians to your home to diagnose the issue at hand. After the assessment is done, an estimate is written and presented to our customer. If the customer chooses to proceed with the work needed, then the diagnostic charge is waived. Installation estimates for HVAC installation or replacement, as well as electrical panel upgrades, are free of charge, within business hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first get a thorough description of the problem you are having in order to see if we may be able to help you solve it over the phone. If that is not possible, we will make a trip out to your home and offer a diagnosis of the work necessary to get your home up and running again.
