Thomas and Chris had done a very good job replacing a very old AC roof top unit (heatpump system). The old system had been serviced in the past and was likely not done properly regarding the compressor type and refrigerant type, etc. There were also some issue on the inside unit which the thermal expansion valve was bad and needed replacement. In short, the whole job was not as straight forward as just replacing a brand new system. The job required much "extra" effort for troubleshooting and testing, but Thomas and Chris were very professional and diligent. The new system is working now, both heat mode and cool mode. The quote was very reasonable, and they were very informative and communicated well to make sure everything happened in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend AirZen AC to friends and family.
