Masters degree in computer science. 31 years employment with AT&T, including 5 in the DSL group. 5 Years at Sony as a second level computer customer service agent. Several years of computer related projects including computer repair shop technician and my own personal computer business. Subscribe to several computer magazines and volunteer to do network and security work for the American Legion.
