I had granite countertopsinstalled in two locations in my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers purchase the material they'd like to have installed, I then ask for a copy of the invoice to pick up the material and fabricate it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way I work is by offering free estimates. I go take measurements at my potential customers home or the customers can send me pictures and measurements and with the information collected I send them an estimate via email or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with granite for 9+ years and decided it was time to open up my business.
