Never pay money up front. Agree to a rate and their materials mark ups. Rollin Tools rounds off receipts to the nearest dollar, pay the rate and receipts, Estimates over the phone is not a perfect science, its always best to visit, just to be accurate. No bate and switch with me. Have a budget in mind, let the handyman work around it.
