We hired Mr Spaulding to review an old family trust and we could not be happier. He came to our home for the appointment, gave us the legal gargin but made it simple for us to understand everything. I will continue to recommend him.Dec 29, 2015

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step is to have a completely confidential initial consultation. We want to start off by learning about what the issue is and then provide a roadmap to fixing it. It is an absolute priority of ours to develop a good working relationship with clients and maintain the highest level of communication (we strive to answer emails and phone calls the same day).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Mr. Spaulding holds a Bachelors in Business Admin (honors), Juris Doctor (honors), and a Master of Laws in Taxation. He earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego, which has the highest ranked program of its kind west of the Mississippi. Also, when he attended USD it was ranked 5th nationwide behind the likes of NYU, Georgetown, Florida, and Northwestern.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Mr. Spaulding has worked with hundreds of taxpayers nationwide that owe between $10,000 to $2 million to the IRS or other tax authorities. Additionally, he has worked with dozens of clients undergoing tax audits, including petitioning the United States Tax Court. Mr. Spaulding has worked for one of the largest tax preparation companies, which coupled with his audit representation experience gives him a unique understanding of how to prepare tax returns in a way that saves taxpayers money and mitigates the chance of being audited.
