Medi-Cal Services offer:
-8 additional visits (prenatal or postpartum.)
-support during labor and delivery (including stillbirth, abortion or miscarriage)
-2 extended 3 hour postpartum visits after the end of a pregnancy.
As a doula, I can provide supportive services (like cleaning🧹🧼🧽🫧) while providing emotional support, education, or birth prep, or postpartum prep in the same visit. I also can support with pelvic floor health, birth visualization, meditation, tai chi, and meal preparation!
