I was really impressed with Brian’s communication, he didn’t leave me hanging, he was speedy with his replies! This is important to me because nothing frustrates me more than messaging someone and not hearing back for days. I hired Brian to disassemble and remove furniture, lay down a large area rug, and then reinstall the furniture. These are things I’m not able to do myself. Unfortunately, the rug did not work out so he put the furniture back and offered to re-roll the rug and put it back in its original packaging so I could return it. I fully expected to have to do that part by myself. He’s friendly & focused, affordable, and worked to make sure he got the job done in an efficient manner.

I am hoping the project turns out good they did come to work at the last minute! They are presently working now! So once I see the pictures I will update! It took a bit of back-and-forth to get them there, but they seem to have come through. We’ll see how it looks when it’s done.

We are committed to our goal of being the most affordable service provider in the area so any job we bid on has a price match guarantee plus an additional 10% discount for the same services. (Must be a written estimate)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new clients will exchange account setup details and a full description of the services they seek. We then discuss the details and scheduling. We typically will confirm the job the day prior to the service date. Customers are encouraged to contact us at any time with any questions or concerns and are given a brief rundown of the scope of the job upon arrival to ensure nothing has changed and that we are all on the same page.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After decades of working in various fields, both as a member of the field services teams and in management, I began to see a very clear divide between service needs and service professional affordability and it became my mission to provide professional services to the community without following the unnecessary rate hikes that trend. Keeping the community at large capable of enjoying the benefits that come with hiring professionals.
