- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are committed to our goal of being the most affordable service provider in the area so any job we bid on has a price match guarantee plus an additional 10% discount for the same services. (Must be a written estimate)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new clients will exchange account setup details and a full description of the services they seek. We then discuss the details and scheduling. We typically will confirm the job the day prior to the service date. Customers are encouraged to contact us at any time with any questions or concerns and are given a brief rundown of the scope of the job upon arrival to ensure nothing has changed and that we are all on the same page.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After decades of working in various fields, both as a member of the field services teams and in management, I began to see a very clear divide between service needs and service professional affordability and it became my mission to provide professional services to the community without following the unnecessary rate hikes that trend. Keeping the community at large capable of enjoying the benefits that come with hiring professionals.
