We replaced our gas heater for an electric waterheater about 4 years ago and it stopped working. Blue Line answered our call, diagnosed and ordered parts and returned in two days only to find new heating elements and thermostat failed to fix it. They said a new one for 1.8k was needed. They did not charge parts or labor for the first repair attempt, only for the new heater. Thanks Blue Line!

We had a water leak from the gas waterheater. We sent a request on Thumbtack. Blue Line Plumbing owner Alex responded right away and went to our property to diagnose the problem. He gave us an affordable price for replacing the 20 year old waterheater with a new waterheater and got the work done on Sunday. We really appreciate his hard work. Now the new water heater is working great and we have 9 year warranty on the parts and 1 year warranty on labor. Alex was very helpful . We highly recommend him to any home owner who has waterheater issues or plumbing issues.
