I am very impressed with Prime. They communicated with me every step of the way... from setting up the appointment to the repair recommendation. The tech was also very thorough and showed me parts of the dryer that could be causing the issue. He did not jump into a random conclusion that a certain part had to be repaired/ replaced, but recommended other things be tried first to troubleshoot the dryer. I would definitely work with Prime again.

My average diagnostic charge is $55. It always goes towards the repair cost if it comes to a repair. Im offering all kind off discounts. Minimum labor cost is $195
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m always trying to discover as more information as I could regarding the appliance. It helps me to understand what could be causing the issue for real not just what obviously on the surface. Sometimes you might need to be a little detective if I may say so.
