Kim, was awesome. I really appreciated having it explained to me in detail why I needed a new part for my washing machine. He also provided a tip that will ensure future efficiency of my washer—-like “don’t use too much liquid detergent.” Kim, has a pleasant personality and professional conduct. I’m sooo happy to wash inside my house, again!!! I also liked being informed of ETA via text message.

Thank you to Rome and the technician who came to help us diagnose the problems with our dual oven. We found out it’s the extra screws from inside the oven that is causing it to shut down and trip the circuit breaker. The technician removed those screws for us. We will use the oven tonight and hopefully there won’t be any more problems.

I was in a panic because my Refridgerator went out! I called at least three different appliancerepair companies referred by Zajic and I was looking at 7 to 19 days before anyone could come out to even look at it. My daughter asked me to try Thumbtack! Prime Appliance was the first to respond and all I can say it was the best decision ever! I got an immediate response and within a couple of hours a technician was at my house. In less than an hour I had an estimate. The next day (today) they arrived promptly and repairs were made. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and prepared they were. I believe they understood the urgency of our need. They were responsive, timely, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot thank Jay, Jadon and Adam enough. They called at least 20 minutes ahead to let me know when they would arrive and wore mask. I appreciate that Adam had to work 2.5 hours with a mask on and never complained. This is a super team and you will not be disappointed. I have them saved in my contacts now! I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend their services. Today I canceled two appointments with other companies! Even they were surprised I got it fixed so quickly! Excellent job Prime Appliance!!

The company replied promptly to my project on Thumbtack and was able to setup an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Paul was on time for the appointment. He promptly diagnosed the issue, explained it, estimated cost, and worked on fixing it. Also, after diagnosing the issue, he was upfront about what could be required if the repair did not work (a more expensive repair.) Fortunately, his repair worked and the more expensive repair was not required.
(Note: Properly wore a mask the whole time.)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My average diagnostic charge is $55. It always goes towards the repair cost if it comes to a repair. Im offering all kind off discounts. Minimum labor cost is $195
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m always trying to discover as more information as I could regarding the appliance. It helps me to understand what could be causing the issue for real not just what obviously on the surface. Sometimes you might need to be a little detective if I may say so.
