They are always on time and my 90 something pound Saint Bernard always looks her best, white and fluffy, and smells so good when they are done. I love the quality of work this company gives. Will recommend and will use again and again.

The cut is uneven. You arrived in an unmarked Van which didn’t have the proper tools. Battery operated clippers because your Andes clippers were in the other van. Yes, you let me watched. Thank you. I was concerned due to the case with the BBB. It took you 1 hr and $ 80.00 to me. On line comparisons for a small- medium Border Collie $60.00. It seems you are also known as Affordable Pet Grooming too. That is where your Website defaults. I am surprised you requested my review. True I did not verbally state my disappointment but looking at my dog, it was apparent. In my 3 yrs of mobile grooming it has always taken 2-2 1/2 hrs. In addition I was not given a receipt. I like you personally but the quality of work is deserving of the grade given.

I'm so sorry you were unhappy Janet the deal with the unmarked van was my van was broke down and I borrowed a loaner van so that I can make it to your grooming allowed you to stay in the van with me the whole time which is definitely not something that is a regular. and as for the haircut for you not so great you told me your dog needed brakes because he was older so I allowed that as I want the pets to be as comfortable as I can and the clients as well your dog is older and I groomed him anyways most people will not so I do apologize I feel like this is just the case of some people you just can't make happy and I do apologize I tried my best thank you for the two stars have a wonderful day
