- How did you get started doing this type of work?
All members of our crew have either real estate, design, or finish construction experience. We came together to create an efficiently functioning machine that outperforms the competition.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic a realtor reached out to us frantically because his stager bailed on them. They were supposed to come in on a Monday to stage and photos were getting done on Tuesday, just in time for the home to go on the market on Wednesday. We understand how tough the real estate business is and although we received the call early Saturday morning, we came in that evening and got straight to work. Our designer made the creative decisions between 5-6pm, and our crew put in all the furniture from 6-11pm. We came back the next morning to clean up and hang up some art, just in time for the photographer to start taking the photos!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak to the professional over the phone or in person. A text inquiry and confirmation is simply not enough for our line of work. Whenever you have someone working inside your home for hours, you have to make sure you can get along with them. Any friction can create a high stress situation that will not end well for either party.
