Amazing service -- I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience. I had two complex furniture pieces to assemble, and had a terrible experience with another Thumbtack contractor who flaked on me 4 times. In contrast, Max and his coworker replied to my request and had the two pieces assembled less than 24 hours after my call. Plus there were two other pieces partially assembled which I couldn't finish myself because of manufacturer defects, and they were able to do those as well in under 15 minutes. As for pricing, they were so reasonable that I wrote the check for more than they asked because, as I told them, they were charging too little. So to sum up: they were professional, communicative, punctual and an incredible value. Most importantly, they were reliable. They did an amazing job on the furniture, plus they were very considerate and friendly. To repeat: I just can't say enough good things about my experience. I have more furniture ordered and I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Really, hire these guys and relax -- you won't regret it.

These guys did a great job assembling my king size bed. I contacted them the day of and they responded promptly & fit me into their schedule the same day. They arrived early & got to work promptly. They completed the task of unboxing the bed frame, carrying it upstairs & assembling it within an hour. I will definitely be contacting them again in the future! Thanks guys!

These young men helped me tremendously! I ordered a great deal of furniture in April online and was planning on putting it all together myself. Once the boxes started to come in the mail, I was overwhelmed - everything was broken down to the smallest pieces and came with pages and pages of instructions. I reached out and received a general quote over the phone from Max who was very professional and helpful. I explained to him what I had and sent him a few photos through text. He then sent out two guys, Roman and Vlad the very next evening and they assembled all the furniture within 3 hours. On top of that, they were very respectful and followed all COVID guidelines. I think if I were to do it myself, it would take me at least 8-10. Thanks guys!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
All members of our crew have either real estate, design, or finish construction experience. We came together to create an efficiently functioning machine that outperforms the competition.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic a realtor reached out to us frantically because his stager bailed on them. They were supposed to come in on a Monday to stage and photos were getting done on Tuesday, just in time for the home to go on the market on Wednesday. We understand how tough the real estate business is and although we received the call early Saturday morning, we came in that evening and got straight to work. Our designer made the creative decisions between 5-6pm, and our crew put in all the furniture from 6-11pm. We came back the next morning to clean up and hang up some art, just in time for the photographer to start taking the photos!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak to the professional over the phone or in person. A text inquiry and confirmation is simply not enough for our line of work. Whenever you have someone working inside your home for hours, you have to make sure you can get along with them. Any friction can create a high stress situation that will not end well for either party.
