We had 2 bathrooms completely redone as well as a kitchen remodel. I also added a new front door to the list. Sali was responsive and a pleasure to work with. We were lucky to have Walter assigned to our project. He was a work horse for sure. Never complained, about anything and was skilled enough to handle any project or issue. He also did several small things outside of the contract. I love my new updated home and am very thankful for Byson Construction. I would recommend them for any project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the actual scope of work, materials, labor, project complexity, and permit or inspection requirements. We provide detailed estimates so customers can clearly understand what is included.
If the scope changes during the project, we discuss the cost before moving forward whenever possible. We focus on fair, transparent pricing and quality work rather than simply being the lowest bidder.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical project starts with the client coming to us with an idea, need, or problem they want to solve. We begin with a site visit and consultation to understand the project and discuss the best approach.
After reviewing the scope, we provide a detailed estimate. If engineering or interior design is needed, Byson Construction can also coordinate those services through our engineering and design team.
Once everything is approved, we move forward with permitting, scheduling, construction, inspections, and project completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in civil engineering along with more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience. I’m also a licensed California General Building Contractor. My experience includes residential and commercial construction, structural work, remodeling, additions, project management, estimating, inspections, permitting, and coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local building departments.
