Martin was great to work with and will use him again for more home projects since my house is old. He explained everything to me as he worked on this alone. The project consists of small bathroom floor remediation, replaced rotted beams and installed new floor tiles. Even when I asked silly questions, he did not mind answering them and wanted to make sure during the process that I was happy. It can be frustrating trying to find the best contractor to do the work and I am glad I found him.

Recently, I had a section of fence that was in need of replacement, the fence was 25 years old. On ny neighbors side, he had vines growing that were mature with large healthy roots and branches. He was very concerned about protecting them while removal of old fence and install of the new. Martin (Rimant owner) listened to his request and performed the work with great care. Rimant did a fantastic job, they were courteous, no blaring radios and they were fast and clean. And the fence looks great! we are very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend Rimant construction. Im sorry I dont have photos-I will try and upload again!! John Delaney-

In my neighborhood (Truckee), one hears constant complaints about contractors: work ethics (nil) and shoddy outcomes. With Martin, I have found a contractor I can trust. (I've used many others I would never call back.) He is fast and reasonably priced. And beautiful results. Among recent projects, he enclosed a loft for me, remodeled a fireplace, installed new decking, and did squirrel abatement. Highest recommendation!
