- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing, not hourly billing. You pay for outcomes, not time. Pricing is based on grill type, condition, and scope of work. There are no surprise add-ons once pricing is confirmed. Discounts are not offered for one-time services. Bundled services already include built-in savings. Travel considerations may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer submits details about their grill and issue. 2. We review photos and information to determine next steps. 3. If needed, we perform an on-site assessment to diagnose issues accurately. 4. We provide clear recommendations and flat-rate pricing. 5. Once approved, service is scheduled and completed professionally. We do not guess. We inspect first, then recommend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained specifically in grill diagnostics, deep cleaning, gas systems, ignition systems, and manufacturer-specific components. We work with premium and non-premium brands daily and follow manufacturer standards and safety protocols. This is not general handyman work. It is specialized grill service.
