We originally contacted Don to see if he could do a small tiling repair. He agreed to the work, but we also told him that we were concorned about water leaks- and he promised to check it out.
Don was very clear about giving us the pros and cons of the different options that he presented us, as well as the cost difference between repairing the tile of the shower (which would last about a year), versus inexpensively redoing the shower- which would be more expensive, but would hold until we were ready for a full remodel.
His workmanship is very good, and he was really excellent about making sure we could re-use as many materials as possible to keep our costs down.
So grateful that it’s DONE, and we once again have a functional shower in our room. 🎉

Don came to my house for an emergency plumbing problem on Sunday, July 14, 2024. I know we all dislike calling any contractor, but this was a pretty bad issue. Anyway it took some time for the repair, but the job was completed with excellent workmanship. Don has been doing various repairs and installations on just about anything regarding work on houses. He did installations for my new electric range and dishwasher, and reworked the lousy electrical connections that were originally done for those appliances when the house was built in 1994. I highly recommend you contact Don for your household repairs and installations.
I almost never give out five stars, but Don really deserved them.

I ordered new appliances from Costco, and the installers refused to install my dishwasher because they were unfamiliar with the connections to the machine. They also didn't provide me any alternatives or help. I called Don and he was there the next day, handled all the wires and tubes and installed it. The installers should've done it, but Don also cleaned up the builder's work with the wires and drains.
I had also had mis-mismeasured the stove by a tiny bit, and the stove sent to me had the wrong plug. Don trimmed the countertops and cabinets a bit to get it to fit and changed the outlet/plug. (Believe it or not, this was easier and quicker than doing a replacement with Costco.)
Installers also didn't do the microwave. I don't know why. So, Don also mounted/installed that. I would probably just have appliances just sitting in the middle of my kitchen if Don hadn't come to fix both my measurement mistake and the installer's lack of installation.
Bonus, he answers the phone, actually shows up and fixes things really well and for a good price.

I waited too long to get my shower knob fixed. When it finally was stuck and impossible to turn on, I finally called someone. Don came out on a Sunday to fix it. I'd forgotten how nice it is to have a shower that works right, and am so happy with the work.

Upon meeting a customer for the first time, I definitely want you to feel comfortable and listen to everything you say so I can answer all your questions do my best to establish a price and communicate with you through the whole process.
