Kate and her team are truly exceptional! From the moment I inquired about a cleaning service, Kate promptly and clearly communicated the process to me. Her team arrived on time and demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness throughout the cleaning process. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The house is spotless and filled with a delightful scent. Every blind, ceiling fan, flat surface, and even my microwave, stove top, and stainless steel trash cans are sparkling clean. I have two dogs, and no matter how often I clean, there’s always a lot of dust and dog hair. However, when I returned home after they cleaned, I was amazed to find not a single speck of dog hair on the floors! Even the stairs and hard-to-reach corners are spotless. Kate and her husband came to the property and did a thorough cleaning around the house. The stove, the dishwasher and the refrigerator were spotless. The stain in the toilet was also cleaned. She even cleaned the caulking around bath tub. I wrote her a check. She took the check and still remembered cleaning the railing outside on her way out!

Ekaterina, Tatiana and Vlad were professional, friendly and thorough. Our house has never looked better and smells wonderful! The last cleaner that we had left us smelling like a cheap motel. We appreciated Kate's prompt response. We were in a tough situation with renters moving in and the house dirty. Kate's team showed up on time and went to work! The job was thoroughly done and we added window and track cleaning and several other jobs and still, Kate's team got the job 100% done.

Kate and her employee put my on the schedule within a day or two of my calling. I was notified they were enroute to my house. And they were very thorough and detailed oriented cleaning my house. Great job!
