Fahad is a God-send. I moved out of state and was staying with family until I could get my own place. I could not bring my two dogs with me. He took them in for me for 28 days! The price he charged was the lowest I could find. He updated me frequently with texts, pictures, and videos. He goes ABOVE & BEYOND! He even picked them up and took them to the vet to get them updated on vaccines. Also, he is a genuine and nice person. I missed my dogs every single day and would not have them today if it were not for him. I am forever grateful to him. 🙏

Glad we found Bark Bnb through NextDoor/Thumbtack. Fahad responded at 11pm and was available to take Luna and Cooper the following day for the weekend. He was extremely flexible on time when I was running late. All I needed to bring were their collars and food. Upon arrival he explained his process, and showed me around the property. Love the mini house for the dogs. Mine are already crate trained when necessary, so I didn’t worry about that. He gave me tips on how to get them back into leash training mode since I haven’t walked them in forever. I’m glad they have an open yard to run free in. Plus, he texted photo/video updates and I got to see them on IG stories. He also brushed them so they were nice and soft at pick up. Luna and Cooper are already scheduled to be back in 2 weeks. Fahad was really kind and informative. He provided a ton of good pointers and patiently answered all of our questions. He responded to our texts right away, and sent lots of photos and videos. I felt confident my anxious pup was in very good hands. He was patient and gentle with her, which made us feel at ease leaving her with him. I’m so grateful to have found this boarding place! Fahad was able to take my dog on extremely short notice, literally just one day’s notice. My dog is reactive, and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving her with anyone I knew personally. Since I’ve worked with my dog trainer, Osama (who is an associate of Fahad’s), I knew I could trust their team to handle her. Not only was she happy and well cared for, but she came home even better behaved thanks to the extra training she received while staying there. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a place I can rely on where my dog is safe, understood, and truly looked after. Thank you so much for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are all-inclusive with no surprise fees. Pricing covers walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of love. I offer discounts for extended stays and for multiple dogs from the same household.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick chat to learn about your dog’s needs, routine, and personality. If you’d like, we can schedule a meet-and-greet so your pup feels comfortable before their first stay. Once booked, I will update you with photos and messages so you always know how your dog is doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, and I’ve learned how to read dog body language so I can keep them safe, happy, and stress-free. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog, I know how to adapt care to their needs.
