- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are all-inclusive with no surprise fees. Pricing covers walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of love. I offer discounts for extended stays and for multiple dogs from the same household.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick chat to learn about your dog’s needs, routine, and personality. If you’d like, we can schedule a meet-and-greet so your pup feels comfortable before their first stay. Once booked, I will update you with photos and messages so you always know how your dog is doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, and I’ve learned how to read dog body language so I can keep them safe, happy, and stress-free. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog, I know how to adapt care to their needs.
